An accusation was made in the comments of another post that Paul Sontag told at least one model that he was shooting a calendar for the Wounded Warrior Project. I reached out to the model, Kassandra Krasnow, to find out if the accusation was ture, and to get her story. This is what she has to say.
Paul Sontag, owner and operator of Spartan Photography, is a known photo thief and liar. These are the facts as we know them.

Kristina Kazarina
Paul Sontag of Spartan Photography is more than happy to steal your photography. Not much of his work is actually his. He seems to find it easier to let other photographers' works sell him, like this photo for instance:
Orphan Works
Paul Sontag has a number of photos in his Spartan Photography Facebook portfolio that cannot be traced to an original owner.
Italian Model Celsi
Old photos on internet modeling sites are a prime target for photo thieves like Paul Sontag. This photo appears in the Spartan Photography Facebook portfolio, complete with Spartan Photography watermark:
Tiffany Frances Oakley
Tiffany Frances Oakley is a model in Birmingham, England, but if you were looking at Paul Sontag's Spartan Photography Facebook portfolio, you wouldn't know who she was or where she was from. All you would assume is that Paul did this photograph of her.
Playboy Model Rachel Lynn Owen
Paul Sontag has told a number of Atlanta area models that he shoots for Playboy magazine, to the point of using the standard Playboy model release but making sure that Spartan Photography is shown as the photographer.
Zoltan Vegh
The internet makes the world small. Stealing from a photographer in Russia is as easy as stealing from a photographer in your home state. In this example, Paul Sontag has added this photo to his Spartan Photography Facebook portfolio and given it his horizontal flip:
Maurice Waters
Not content to limit himself to model and escort service websites, Paul Sontag sometimes steals directly from photographers to add to his Spartan Photography Facebook portfolio.
Cassandra Jade
Paul Sontag's preferred sources of photos to show in his Spartan Photography Facebook portfolio are orphaned works or photos from escort service websites, but sometimes he steals from real working models.
Justyna Gradek
One of Paul Sontag's favorite tricks to try to fool reverse image search tools is to flip an image horizontally.
Evolve Photography
Model Mayhem is a website for models, photographers, make up artists, stylists, etc. to connect and hopefully find jobs. Paul Sontag has used Model Mayhem as a place to find other photographer's work to use in his Spartan Photography Facebook portfolio.
Megan Retzlaff
Megan Retzlaff is a calendar and glamour model who makes a living off of the photographs she poses for.
