Old photos on internet modeling sites are a prime target for photo thieves like Paul Sontag. This photo appears in the Spartan Photography Facebook portfolio, complete with Spartan Photography watermark:

Tiffany Frances Oakley is a model in Birmingham, England, but if you were looking at Paul Sontag's Spartan Photography Facebook portfolio, you wouldn't know who she was or where she was from. All you would assume is that Paul did this photograph of her.
Evolve Photography
Model Mayhem is a website for models, photographers, make up artists, stylists, etc. to connect and hopefully find jobs. Paul Sontag has used Model Mayhem as a place to find other photographer's work to use in his Spartan Photography Facebook portfolio.
